Never thought about an inside out popper. I'll have to try that, but I really love the pepper flavor, and I don't know if 3 little slices are going to be adequate. Maybe you could do it like a *Scotch egg*, and wrap the stuffed pepper in sausage. You've got me thinking. Thanks for sharing Jeff.........= )

That grill looks really nice Jeff! Love the idea of the sausage poppers! Love to do something just like that, but then throw a big hatch, green chili around the whole thing. But she always got good recipes, sir!!!

Any updates on these grills? I was a backer and the campaign was suspended by Kickstarter and backers were refunded.

No clue. They sent it to me and I haven't heard anything since. I do know they didn't have batteries to make it portable at the time.

I have had something similar to these before but they were wrapped in Pork Cutlet, Sliced Smoked Ham, and Bacon. It was called a Big Boar Bomb.
