Is there any sb you would recommend to get into it? I find it such a boring grape. Also hi love your channel!

Thank you for your kind words! Since Sauv Blanc is a pretty delicate and simple wine, I'd recommend that you try some blends with it for complexity and a spike of interest! For example, some Bordeaux Sauv Blanc blends with Muscadelle and Semillon when it is often oak-aged will be way less boring than an average SB in my opinion.

New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc is the best. Fruity, slightly herbal and best paired with wine
