There was a few times Agonialus' voice sounded like Doug Bradley (Pinhead) which just fit so well with the pain/pleasure feel of the story. So well done Vox!

Oooh that was a good one, gotta love some fantastic action scenes! Great way of describing the absolute and unique physical devastation that only Noise Marine weaponry can produce. Putting actual classical music in the background was a great touch as well. I am addicted! Can't wait for part 2!

A fine start to could be a great story. What struck me, particularly at the beginning, is how much simular the Noise Marine is to the Lamenter in 'Shame' - even though the two Astartes occupy the opposite ends of the morality/loyalty spectrum, both of them are miserable, isolated, and unfulfilled individuals who are burdened by desires that will never be satisfied. The Noise Marine will forever be searching for newer, more extreme forms of sensation while the Lamenter(s) is forever striving to make the galaxy a better place in the face of extreme adversity and pain. Neither will ever know true contentment or peace. It's really quite tragic when you think about it. Anyhow, good story once again. Also I really liked the music Also, not to be a lore snob, but the Mortifactors are a Ultramarine Sucessor Chapter that recrutes its members from a night word full of feral cannibilistic tribes

Slanesh is the worsed. I take a death by one of Nurgle's diseases or the madness of Tzeentch over anything Slanesh would do to me.
