Today I am creating a cute spring or summer birthday card using products by Gina K Designs and Therm-o-Web. Also featured is the Wendy Vecchi Make Art Stay-tion by Ranger. I show you three ways to use the tool to help make a card and I give helpful pointers and tips when working with the board.

While you were explaining the art station I was trying to figure out why someone would need this. Then I saw you spread the glitter and it was so nice to be able to see the card and stencil with magnets so neither would move. Great idea. Thanks for explaining the reason behind the "why". I just got my Wendy Vecchi board so I was pleased to watch your tutorial. I wondered about embossing on it and I think as long as I'm careful, and don't over heat it, all should be fine. The card you made was adorable and I enjoyed seeing the Make Art Station in action! USA

Thank you for watching, Helen! If you heat up the heat tool for a bit before directing it at the project on your board, it will not heat the board and magnets too much. Keeps some of the warping down too. Enjoy your day!

I really appreciated your ideas for the Stay-tion. As you were moving it around and describing how it could be used in the car, etc., I realized that it's solid, not flexible like other mats. Since it's also magnetic, I think it would be great for a scrapbooking "easel" of sorts. I always have a sore neck at the end of a crop weekend and having one of these propped up would help! Also, your card is lovely. I'm your newest Canadian subscriber. :)

Beautiful colorful card you made. Like how you used different elements glitter gel, Distress oxide, and embossing. I think it looks adorable using gold paste for the dots of the ladybug 🐞. 👍🏻❤️ USA
