I had a look on Wikipedia and it seems Dustin and Mark-paul were right! This episode was released in December 1994 so when Mark-paul said on live with Andy Cohen he hadn’t seen Dustin since 1994, it turns out he wasn’t lying. I just don’t get it though I mean why lose complete contact with him after this. RIP Dustin.

Poor Screech never got a chance. He never got respected, always bullied, couldn't stand up to that creep who wanted to tear down the school and former classmate friends didn't even greet him acting as if they didn't recognized him. He was the total ridicule of the show. He probably even resented playing his character later on 😂😂

Hopefully, the reboot will have the original cast in a episode that they learn of Screech's passing and maybe have a short memorial for him like they have done in other sitcoms. I mean come on, despite how goofy and weird he was, he was still human. But, I doubt that might happen and that will have to depend on the producers and the writers of Saved By The Bell. Anyway, rest in peace Dustin. You will be missed. I just hope many will remember him for the many good things in his life and not for the troubles he got himself into.

Honestly, I hate this. While I get that the actors had issues with Dustin or whatever, they're ACTORS. They didn't have to ACT so unexcited to see Screech, especially when the character of Screech was CLEARLY jazzed to see his friends. Zack tried. Bonus points for him at least acknowledging Screech.
