You know I don't respect a lot of the resellers that go to yard sales and gets items for such an incredible deal already and then they haggle people down even more. But Matt and Kayla not only 9.8 times out of 10 pay the price asked but they will pay a few dollars more if a sellers forgets what they offered them and asks a little more. That is complete respect and they BOTH deserve that back! I used to watch each of their videos every so often, now I don't miss even ONE of their videos ❤

I hate when I see youtubers driving up to ramshackle houses in their fancy cars and then try to knock the price down on what is already an incredible bargain. I know haggling is part of the fun but please scan your surroundings before trying to pay less. I do love that Matt and Kayla don't do that.

Please don't tell m you are shipping jewelry in padded envelopes only! Jewelry, especially with prong set stones, needs a box and a padded envelope. I use empty pill bottles for most of mine but you can get assorted sizes of jewelry boxes at the dollar store. The USPS is not kind to any packages, protect those stones!.

I stayed at the Peabody about 25 yrs ago. Watching the ducks come out of the elevator in a line and walk thru the lobby was adorable! They draw a pretty big crowd too. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was great too. Great video guys!

Peabody is a very famous hotel in Tennessee. Every morning the ducks are escorted down the elevator to go out side and every night at a certain time they are escorted back to the roof on the elevator. People gather to witness this tradition. Very nice hotel, we stayed their about 19 years ago.

Hey guys😃 Fun video! 💗 On the earrings you said you just ship in padded bag, if you want to learn from my mistakes I use to bubble them up and put in padded but I had the post get bent anyway how I do not know 🤷🏼♀️🙄 but the customer was not happy and the same can happen with a brooch. If you can put in a small jewelry box than bubble the box it will protect them much better, just to protect yourself especially on the more expensive pieces. Thanks for all your hard work making these videos.! 😃👍💗

That blue candy dish. I had the whole set of including the sugar and creamer set and I gave them to a dear friend of mine who fell in love with them. I had a couple of pieces that I had for 40 years, and I am 63 now. I knew that they were old, but she has them displayed in a curio cabinet. Better than packed away. It was great to make her happy!😊

My husband and I also LOVE flea markets and garage sales. We have been enjoying your channel! I have heard you complain about your hair and I have identical hair! I found out about 2 years ago that my fine, fragile hair hates bonding products like Olaplex. Now that I avoid anything that claims to bond broken hair, and/or products with keratin, I have much less breakage up and down my fragile hair strands. My sweet husband calls it fairy hair, but I wish I had more of it 😄🧝🏻♀️

Another way to check if it's real Amber is to use a blacklight. It will reflect a muddy green color. Not all Amber has those imperfections so always use a blacklight to be sure. Those Amber earrings were gorgeous!

The Peabody is a hotel in Memphis, TN. They have ducks that live on the roof. They ride the elevator down to the lobby, jump in the fountain and stay there during the day, then waddle back to the elevator. Go back upstairs and to bed. Memphis is my home town! I enjoy your videos.

My cousin and I went on the Highway 11 yard sale that starts in Meridian, MS and goes to Virginia! We found some great finds. We only explored for 1 day but it was great! Then came home to find out there is a community yard sale just miles from my home! I have never been so lucky and excited! I might have to do your little happy dance! 😃

If things are really cheap why waste time looking things up ! When they’re other competitors putting things in boxes. On the other side Matt mention Ninja turtles and other vintage toys . I would get them and then put them back if comp out where you wanted. Great treasures!

The Peabody shirt with the ducks rolling out a red carpet is a Hotel in Memphis Tennessee. The ducks walk the red carpet to the water inside the hotel it has been a tradition for many years. It’s not Mr. Peabody from the kids cartoon

The Peabody Hotel in Florida used to parade a group of ducks through the lobby to a fountain. I think they retired doing that a couple years ago, so that makes that t shirt extra special. Just discovered your channel, can’t stop watching. ❤🎉

They used to have the Peabody in Orlando. It is a high end hotel. At 4 pm, they used to walk ducks out. I'm in my 50's and when I hear you guys not know something that seems common to me, I scream at the screen "bring me along!!!". LOL

I'm from Toronto and the SkyDome is a large stadium in downtown Toronto. It's where our MLB team, the Blue Jays play, and it's also the largest concert venue in the city. It's now technically called the Rogers Centre, (Rogers telecom in Canada purchased the naming rights) but most people will still call it the SkyDome. It has a convertible roof so it can be open air in the warmer months and closed in the winter, which is perfect for Canada haha! It's next to the CN Tower, so those two buildings side by side are an iconic part of the Toronto skyline!

yes and the Skydome opened in 1989 so that's an original shirt. I am not even sure if the Hard Rock is still there now. thats a good find though (I am also from Toronto)

@@karenc1564 Yes, The Hard Rock Toronto eventually moved to Yonge-Dundas Square, but it since closed. I think it's supposed to reopen again though! I feel like I remember when the SkyDome opened, but chances are that's an imagined memory since I was only 2 years old! I'm also vintage ;) haha

@@Arazig haha if you were only 2 and consider yourself vintage, then I must be an old antique. I was born way before the CN tower was even imagined and streetcars ran on Bloor/Danforth (no subway) Cheers!!

That first sale was awesome, such cool vintage toys. But, you guys were making me crazy. I was like, just grab and go, at those prices you can look it up later. lol You may pay up on a few things but, there were so many great finds, sure to make lots of $$. I think you probably left lots of good things behind but, you still did so good. I've never seen the small mcdonalds set. That was so cool and in perfect condition. What a rare find. Can't believe the great condition all those toys were in. When we have family Easter at my Uncles house each year, they have the larger Mcdonalds set and it's a huge hit with all the children. I have been following both your channels from pretty much the beginning. I have to say, since you became a couple, I have enjoyed it so much more. You are so good together and your joy and laughter is infectious. You both are so respectful and kind to everyone you meet and the world needs more of that. I so look forward to your videos. I follow a lot of other pickers but, you two are my favorites. I live in the same area as Kayla and enjoy seeing all the local places and scores from those places.
