the best seed guide i have seen for sure. specially, i appreciate the advice about loosing plastic packages for paper ones. not only that its cheaper and healthier, but it spares me the time that i probably had waited for a shipping from China..

How do you get clean seed from milk thistle seed heads? Also, is there a non-labour/time intensive way to get the shells off of sunflower seeds for eating? Thank you for this video.

Depends on how many seeds you need. A few for sowing - just do them one at a time. No fast way to shell sunflowers that I know of but there must be commercial devices.
