CottonSoft Twisted Doughnuts

How to make this CottonSoft Twisted Doughnuts. Chewy on the outside and soft in the inside.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup warm water (250ml)
2 tsps instant yeast (6g)
1 egg
2 tbsps sugar (30g)
3 and ¼ cups all purpose flour (400g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
3 tbsps butter (45g) unsalted
3 cups oil for frying
granulated sugar for coating
PORTUGUESE:
Aqui está o que você precisa:

Whenever I've made doughnuts in the past, they always turned hard after half hour... These doughnuts were not only super delicious they didn't turn hard even after a few hours (until they were all eaten)! Awesome recipe 👍😃

This is the best doughnut recipe that is quick to make. I made lots of twists and with the remaining, I made donuts and donut holes. I also put glaze on some of the donuts and twists and then cinnamon sugar on some. You should definitely give these a try if you have the time!

I made these doughnuts Wednesday night and they were perfect. KZfaq should allow to share pics so we could do it. I used a bit more of the ingredients and I made 16 twisted and 4 round. This is really good! I made a whole bunch of it and put the fried left over in the fridge and reheat as needed in the airfryer. It is as good as a freshly cooked one. It lasted a week in the fridge. Thank you for this wonderful recipe.

I read 1 cup of water and thought it was a mistake, lol. Happy to see a recipe calling for water because I'm out of milk. Yesterday I made your garlic and parsley cream cheese filled buns (just didn't fill them with cream cheese). I used them as a vessel for chicken sandwiches. Yes, I fried those chicken tenderloins. 😬 Not bragging but that was a great tasting homemade chicken sandwich. 😋 For that recipe I was given the temp the oil needed to be. Can you please tell me what it should be for these donuts and how long we fry on ea side? These would be great as is but also with cinnamon sugar or a little bit of melted chocolate drizzled on top. Maybe toss some shredded coconut on top of the chocolate before it sets? 😋 Thanks Savor... 🙏
