Ladies! I’m a mommy and currently in school to be an RDN…here’s a little tip. It’s a good idea to always take probiotics when on antibiotics, yogurt (even vegan), kombucha, kimchi for example are easy ones. It’ll help to reduce the potential for stomach issues or yeast infections as a result. Definitely not a “nasty” thing, broad spectrum antibiotics just don’t discriminate when killing bacteria and can wipe out the healthy bacteria in your gut and vagina which leads to the overgrowth of yeast. So normal, but I love that you speak on these things.

Yogurt and drinking cranberry juice helps! Plus having a probiotic in your system during taking antibiotics helps too!

If you eat yogurt or take a probiotic while taking your antibiotics it'll help keep you from getting a yeast infection. Love the video😊

Dip a cotton ball, cosmetic pad, or makeup sponge in coconut/olive oil. Gently swipe your upper and lower lash lines, making sure not to get any of the oil in your eyes. This will give the extensions "slip" and help them slide right off
