I like that Toys r us, it looks vintage, something I like, it looks like a place I would want to go to. And my local toys r us looks more “New generation”.

Now that Toys R Us is gone, there's a big hole in my heart. Toys R Us is my childhood dream, I still love it, now that it's gone, I'm sad, hoping I could go for my b-day to take one final selfie with Geoffrey in have some fun.. 😥

My childhood. The times I spent dragging my father to this very store and picking out a toy with my sister. *Sigh* Those memories are golden. I can't believe they closed it down.

Childhood memories are now just that...blockbuster, indoor malls, toys r us...so many things that I remember are no more.....crazy man...how things change so fast.....makes me kinda sad

Yesterday I went to my local Toys R Us for one last time too... there was STORE CLOSING banners everywhere! Unfortunately there were no Geoffrey plushies but I got some pretty good deals. I'm really gonna miss this place for as much as I love Smyths and The Entertainer, TRU was always my favourite. I'm just heartbroken.

I'm so sad to see Toys R Us going....losing KayBee was a blow, we had the when I was growing up and no Toys R Us until I was a teenager. This is the last big toy store, I'm never going to visit a toy store that is just a toy store again and I'm sad. =( This video gave me all the feels. If it's the last haul, you did it right!

I went out on Thursday because I have to work all weekend. I know it hadn't been anounced but I was pretty sure this was what was going to happen. I'm so sad to see this happen. I'm hoping that I can still go this week.

I got the same Jeffrey plushie with the holder for a Toys R US gift card. Been going to Toys R Us more in the past month and a half then I have gone in years.

So sad! My Toys R Us is closing soon! Not a date as of yet but some toys are on sale! I wish it wasn't true but they have been very loyal to their customers! Rip Toys R Us! You will be forever missed!

I just went to my closest store in Muncie yesterday it broke my heart seeing the signs hanging up in the store I got my own Geoffrey plush too I love him RIP Toys R Us you'll be missed by all of us you have brought so many memories

Yea in Puerto Rico They closed a Toysrus near Plaza De Sol and it was very sad because that was the only Toyrus Near My Grandma

It's sad and creepy that the day of the toy store is disappearing. ToysRus shut down the smaller toy stores and did not know one day Walmart and Target would shut them down. On line ordering did not help them out either. :(

Yep, it's a sad thing to see, the ages are changing, the Enterprise (toy stores) is growing old and it's time to bring out the Excelsior (internet shopping)... and even worse is that we don't want the old lady to go.

This cant happen, in exeter uk there is litteraly not many places you can get lps and I have been collecting lps since i was 5/6 and the toys r us that I have been going to to buy lps is part of my childhood and its sooooo SAD

This hurts me as I still work at my TRU.. At least for now, but Teegan's commentary is so cute and silly that I can't stay sad. My hubby and I went today, we didn't find anything that stood out to us. I may try to find a Geoffrey plush.. I'm going to miss my job, I don't want to leave it.. Thank you TRU. One of the best places to be a kid, or a kid at heart.

It was sad 😢 went Jon and Teagen walk in before they enter the store. Also sad music you put in this video is so nostalgic and sad. Eventually this had happen , because the prices were so expensive and kids today don't play anymore with toys. I only went on a Toys R Us just one time before they announced that they where getting to close.

I recently called one of the nearby TRU in Sacramento, CA a little bit ago, and they said that their store is stocked up on stuff and that they don't have a closing date yet. I really hope they're not lying. :((

What a wonderland. Now how will the children experience life? By sitting behind a screen or by walking into a store filled with adults? I'm really sad, Toys R Us is the only place hat sells Animal Jam toys near me and they're 2 hours away from where I live. My local walmart stopped selling them and Target is 2 hours away next to it.

I see the clock on the wall behind you Jon has roman numerals. Do you notice that the 4 has changed from IV to IIII? Also the roman numerals on the lower half of the clock are now upside down. Anyway, just about all clocks have changed and some believe that this is a "Mandela Effect."

I will miss toys r us😥 this store was part of my childhood. I called my local toys r us and they said it will be weeks before they close or mark down there toys. I don’t understand how everyone says there closing this week? I understand if the store is already liquidating but all the other ones that haven’t even begun there liquidating are still going to be around for a few weeks

I went to toys r us 2 weeks ago and it didn’t have a closing sign yet. I went to look for some toys but I couldn’t find the one I want to get Hanazuki toys
