I have massages every week now, since my stroke last year, even though I don’t need them now as I’m recovered but I can’t give them up, so an hour and a half a week it’s heaven and my quiet time. Drink a few pints of water and then you won’t get a headache for long. I suggest having them regularly just for well-being x

So I genuinely missed your vlogs 😉. There are oak trees in AU I’ve seen them in Adelaide national parks. Have you been through Singapore airport, it’s like a city, with hotel rooms, an outdoor pool, and lots of different places of interest to visit, like butterfly area etc. Welcome back to winter U.K., looks like the weather is getting colder, we had a mild Christmas whilst you were in sunny AU tho.
