Sorry, we didn't think of that. We recommend measuring the knee joint in a straight but not locked position, as well as the largest point of your calf. If your calf is more then 2-3cm larger than your knee we recommend using that measurement.

The medium will be very tight, but you should be okay if you have experience with knee sleeves. They will take more effort to get on for sure.

I would recommend a medium. It would likely be quite tight but you should be able to get them on, it might take some work at least the first few times until you get used to it.
