The basic technique from what I've heard from an pro Korean arm wrestler was that you have to keep your arms as close as possible to your chest, and clearly, the Master in the House guys are at a disadvantage as they couldn't exert much of their strength.

I think it was more effective on her leverage, and the matter is not so much on the waist, it's just positioning, but I think that's the only reason she won since if Sung-rok was able to do the same then the top roll is quite hard for her to utilize.
