मुझे तो लगता है कि ठंड की मनमानी संविधान में जो नियम बनाए गए हैं हमेशा उसकी तार पर रखकर खुद के दिमाग के अनुसार पर निर्णय देना यह बहुत ही गलत बात है मुझे तो लगता है जनता को जजों के खिलाफ खड़ा होना होगा पूरी जनता को?

I agree Jab tak complanant ke pass vishesh evidence na ho tabtak accused ko summon issue na ho kyunki summon issue hone par accuse ko proof karna padta hai ki wo nirdosh hai

Sir, firstly congrats for upgrading from generic to digital white board, hope it's easier on you also but certainly better experience on viewer's side, keep it up. In a similar case applicant (92 years old) appered before magistrate under 156 (3) was marked 200 and 202 (directing police for investigation report ) however after repeated requests under 210 police have not done anything for last 2 years, is it time to move to honorable High court with proof of allegations agains the assused ? Or other suggestions please ? Thanks

ऐसा नहीं है, अगर कोई महिला complaint फाइल करती है तो कोर्ट सीधा crime मानकर समन जारी कर देता है लेकिन वहीं अगर कोई पुरुष किसी महिला के खिलाफ complaint करती है तो वह prima facia खारिज कर देती है । ये न्यायालय हैं भारत के ।।

Sabhi party mahilaavaadi h. Vote dete samay purusho ko and purusho ki family ko sochana chahiye.nahi to bhaarat me purusho ki and purusho ki family ki durgati hoti rahegi.

Jab Tak purush aayog nahi banega. Purush mantralay nahi banega. Gender neutral laws and policies nahi hogi. Mahila aarakshan band nahi hoga. Tab tak bhaarat me purusho ki and purusho ki family ki durgati hoti rahegi.

Complainant had filed false property case in year 2004, trial going on till today complainant could no prove his case even witness did not recognised accused no money trails for given advance receipts falsely prepared on final arguments filed application to give specimen signatures magistrate had given order to give specimen signature without keeping in mind that complainant had not able to prove evidence his case I have gone before sessions court dates are being given no result

New Rule se pehle old Rule se kaam mein dikkat kyon? Modi ka bhrastachar aor ek bada leap liya jab CJI ka "ELECTORAL BONDS ARE ILLEGAL" ghoshit karne ka bhi Modi market mein 10000 crore ka Bonds nikala. Modi ko arrest kr ne ke liye yeh naya kanoon hain kya?
