तो क्या मतलब रह गया अभी तक तो था पुलिस कस्टडी मे लिया गया ब्यान ग्राह्य नही है क्यो कि पुलिस डंडे के बल पर कहवा लेती है ये स्वतंत्र साक्ष्य नहीं रह गया

Cross examination in civil or quasi civil cases mein PW1 petitioner hota he aur unke sambandhi pw2 to pw5 like.. par judge allow nahi karte hein cross examination karne toh kaise handle karenge? Pls inform me as soon as possible sir 6th ko adjournment he usse purv hume document roop mein permission leni hogi judge se.

अगर कोई गवाह hostile होता है तो इसका फायदा आरोपी को मिलना चाहिए, क्योंकि गवाह तो prosecution का होता है, जिसके आधार पर अपराध तय किया जाता है, अब ऐसे में यदि गवाह पक्षद्रोही ( hostile) होता है तो फायदा आरोपी को मिलना चाहिए,

Hostile wittiness के बारे में फायदा देने से पूर्व न्यायालय यह जरूर अवलोकन करेगा कि गवाह कपट, दुसंधि या किसी आपराधिक कारण के चलते तो hostile नहीं हुआ है। 1:44
