Yeah. I tried using a flimsy plastic template to try and paint the main landing gear wheels, but that did not really work that well so I had to clean them up by hand painting. But that was the previous video. The front wheel, featured in this video, I did not try to airbrush it. I airbrushed the hub with white, and then hand painted the rubber black.

Smart move!!!! When are you going to upload the next video? and what is the relationship between Italeri/Tamiya? What is the difference between the F-16CJ 1/48 and the F-16CJ 1/72, Is there any similarities by any chance?

The difference between the 1/48 & 1/72 is the size and the details in the kit as far as I know.

Hey Alcatraz77, I guess you are left with two options. One intrusive and the other non-intrusive. If you can get your hands on liquid gravity (this is a Deluxe Materials product) you may be able to drill a small hole on the lower side of the nose cone and squirt in some of the liquid gravity and super glue. Liquid gravity is tiny little metal balls and will not require too big a hole to be inserted. I have never done this myself, but once I did think about it and thought this would be a good way handle such a problem. The hole can later be closed up with some putty and sanding. But do examine carefully where you will drill the hole and how big you will make it. Also, how will you close it up, etc. Alternately, you may have to build a simple base for the aircraft and then you can simply glue the wheels on to the base. This is much more simpler, but you will need to either build or buy a base. Good luck with the build, hope you figure something out :)

I'm able to find the Deluxe Materials product but not the glue that works best for it. According to their website it would be best if I use Roket hot ca glue. Would Bob Smith ca glue work for the same results?

Alcatraz77 any thin super glue will work. u need an all purpose glue....not plastic glue. other than that any glue shud be fine. also....super glue tends to get hot. so please apply a little at a time. good luck.
