Hi guys,
Just wanna Show you how to Modify and Upgrade the HG P408
This is not a unboxing Video i Think There are more then enough available.
The hg p408 is a great base to build a really cool truck
following items are available in our store for the hg p408
- roll cages
- Front skid plate
- rock rails
- lightbar mount
- half doors
- battery tray
- body liftkit

Very cool. I color-matched the frame to tan similar to yours and color matched the shocks and springs also. I added marine grease to the shocks and swapped to softer springs and tightened the coilover shock bodies to maintain ride height. I converted it to brushless and added two cooling fans, swapped the sound kit for an ESS One sound kit, then cut the slant back and made it a hardtop sedan. I then added a color-matched BA Model rear airlift bumper. Then I removed the tire foams and air-filled the tires in the freezer and sealed them with glue in all bead areas.

Thanks for the useful information on how to lock the diffs. I have watched a lot of videos on this truck but nobody seems to cover it. Now I finally know how to do it.

Mine came with a black guard up front & black rims. I would have preferred the rims that match the the body color like yours started out. I think I'll lock the rear but I've heard a lot of people remark doing the front makes it hard on the steering servo.

I have I not came across this channel before? Great work like your style...can you tell me the brand of wheels and tires for the one your working on in this video. Love the stance I saw that they are 104 ODmm but nothing on brands.. Thanks again buddy and I definitly hit the like subbed and hit the bell 8-)

Those are 1.9 SSD wheels and 106mm rc4wd tires

Those are 104mm tires and the camo has 107mm
