@RachnaJintaa Thank you for your tips - I'd subscribed last month. What extra tips do you recommend for a freshly receded hairline? The area is still dark with sparse hair so in addition to weekly collagen, eating healthy, regular exercise, remove stressors, and this scalp massage with rosemary, coconut oil, castor bean oil, tea tree oil and lavender oil daily ... what else do I do? Thanks in advance.

I had a similar problem for years. Check your iron (especially ferritin), vitamin D and magnesium level. It should be far above what doctors usually consider to be normal. If the range is 15-150 for something , you are not fine at 15 or even 30. Hope this will help.

@@kausarzakir21 I use the man matters 0.75 mm derma roller. I'm using it 2 days once. I've been using in for the past 2 months. My hair fall is reduced and I can see new baby hair growing all over my head.
