Unfortunately, people get away with this. Whether she knows or not, it's still illegal. Whatnot does not want to take responsibility and shows that with the clause in their terms of service that states, they just provide the platform and are not responsible for actions of the seller on there. So far I have been loving Jamble and their continued efforts to keep their app clean and buyer friendly.

I buy a lot on WN ( I know but I had my reasons) and I bought a few OBVIOUS fakes - lots of Fake Nike too. I got a fake Nike and a fake Dooney ( different sellers) and once I brought it up to WN ( because I cannot sell fakes) they sent me a label and had me ship to a place in Az - and told me. They will authenticate , if it’s real they will send the items back to me if they are fake they will send me a refund. Surprise- I got my money back both times. It sucks because i see so many people complaining about things like getting fakes but the sellers ghost them and they dont pursue it and don’t contact WN . Lots of shady sellers. I’m shocked constantly- that WN lets them consistently do shady stuff. Love the video. Great to see you. Hope the sickness is gone in your home before Christmas. 🎄💚❤️🎅🏼

I've been a bench jeweler for 37 years and know exactly what wholesale sterling silver costs. I've been going on whatnot for a few months now just to look and see what people are selling and I have to laugh at all the people selling brand new ''solid .925 sterling silver'' and who are happily selling their 'solid .925 sterling silver' items for a fraction of what real sterling silver would cost at a wholesale price. They are either hemorrhaging money, day after day, or it's not 'solid .925 sterling silver'. Here is my simple jewelers tip for discovering fake silver. If you buy 'solid .925 sterling silver', when you get it, take a magnet and see if it sticks to the magnet. Solid .925 sterling silver, just like gold, will not stick to a magnet. If it does stick, you've been cheated.

WN is making so much money they could care less about any scammers! If you’re a seller and making good money keep doing your thing, the inevitable is that app won’t be around too long.

It depends on where they live. I used to get it in massive quantities. The lululemon. They donate to the goodwill in some states. I would get shopping carts full. Brand new like 20 in each size. Then I would run around to all the other close by goodwills and pick up the other pieces. Like all the sweaters would go to one store and the pants to another store 20 mins away.

Hello, I don't know if anyone knows this but WN sellers can have 8 accounts. I can't understand stand the point of this unless you plan to scams or ripped people off. I myself have 1 account and plan to have only 1. Why because I believe in being real and upfront with my items. I can't count how many times I have been lied to and had items keep and never to receive from seller. I have learned WN is into for $$$ and nothing else. I'm sorry this happened to you. It's not right.

Hi I am Rosie and I applaud you for what your doing if I came out in a bad way was just because I was in denial and yes I would never put my company in jeopardy I purchased Stanley’s and Lulu bags from a company with invoice and I even Zelle’s the company that I could show and everyone I am a legitimate business woman and truthfully I am 100 responsible no matter what also just like another client I said I would not run no Stanley cups or bags until I talked to the company now I could give you the company’s name I agree with you 100 I have myself been screwed and I even refused 750 pc items I had ordered 1000 pc and I put it on hold but if I sold any fake 100 unknowingly I am a hard working woman I do tons of great things for community I buy tons of merchandise and when price is great I do it but with invoice only like I told another client I won’t run one more Stanley one more bag until this company responds to me and truthfully I am innocent
