Covid quarantine started about 2/3 through my diagnostic phase, so bringing an extra person became my partner on speaker phone while sitting in the parking lot with me inside the clinic. I started treatment 3 weeks ago, just pills and a monthly injection so far. It's really surreal, like the whole world has cancer due to the pandemic. anyway, thanks for sharing. This is such a crazy time right now, and having cancer is everything I'm bad at like eating healthier, keeping appointments, taking pills, etc. I was waiting until after my diagnosis to tell family/friends. The natural thing would be to visit with them, but LOL, 2020 is the year that wasn't.

I am a stage 3 breast cancer patient. I finished chemo in February. In the middle of this pandemic I had to have my lumpectomy just a few days ago on 4/10. I had to go in the hospital all by myself with no support. They found out there is more cancer so I have to go back in during this crazy pandemic and have a masectomy. I will be in the hospital all by myself for three days! I don’t know how I’m going to get through it! Cancer stinks and Coronavirus stinks!

Yes! I get chemo at the hospital every eeek and even though I go by myself normally now with this pandemic no one is allowed with me and there are no visitors allowed. I get my 3month scan next week and I get scanxiety too. Hope yours comes out good!

Hi Nalie, I had the same feeling when I went to the hospital here in Miami , its over stressful for us. Thank God my scan showed stable results so I'm gonna try to enjoy my three months gap, ;) in this quarantine. I hope you too, please take care and stay safe. XOXO

Praying 🙏🏼 for you Nalie. Been following your journey for a while now. I’m seeing my oncologist this Friday. Did bloodwork last week and this is my 6 week follow up. I’m a stage 4 metastatic breast cancer patient too. Since 2014. Currently on Letrozole and Lupron shots. You’re very fortunate to have such a loving boyfriend. It looked very safe where you are. Scanxiety is real. Staying at home as much as possible. Sending good vibes and hugs 🤗
