Awesome bro! Left a like. I've also upped my Bench Press PB from 135 to 200lbs (10 reps) all thanks to NoFap. It's incredible how you can aim your sexual energy towards different things in life like the gym or work. I've got so much more energy in general, mental clarity, higher drive and I look better, healthier and younger. I changed my nutrition recently and I'm curious to know if there's another deep level after NoFap. Is there another spiritual level or anything else where I will feel even better? This is insane what a difference it makes. Looking forward to more videos from you! :)

Lifting weights boosts testosterone,fair play Bob 👍. I'm in a habit now that i do minimum 50 press ups a day.Been bit lazy with thr gym,but hopefully start training again.

I’m 42 just hit 255 up from 235 max a month ago. Never thought I would lift this much. My next goal is 275. I need a bench with those bars.

That's very strong, I am still struggling repping one plate, but my long-term goal is two plates one rep max. Everyone stay focused and keep grinding!

That's awesome, but you should have a spotter around, just in case when lifting past a certain weight class, what would've happened if you got a charlie horse leg cramp, or a back strain during a lift? your are da man!, just be careful bro.

I have built a safety rack. There is a solid steel beam, 1 cm lower than my chest, catching the weight if I don't get the weight up. In fact, that is exactly what is happening on the last rep in this video. I can't get it up and have to crawl out form under it. But it's okay, since the weight is not pressing down on me. I would never do it without that safety feature. This works because when you lift you keep your chest higher when normally lying flat, which means the steel beam is not disturbing the movement, while at the same time, as soon as I stop lifting it can catch it. Thanks for your concern though :)

Hey Scandinavian Bob, I wanted to ask another doubt. One day, I was laying and out of no reason I got erection. Instead of using it for pleasure, I mimicked the gear shifting pattern on it. Does that count as relapse in any way? The intention was not to MO. But does that count as relapse? This doesn't happen often from me. Never seen any negative or positive. But make feel dumb.
