In Sweden Scania is one of the participants in a test with longer combinations. With two 13,6 meter trailers trucks are double as efficient and much beter for the enviroment and road-congestion.

in finland these roadtrains or in finland called HCT (High Capacity Transport) combinations is normal and its legal without permission

These combinations drive in Sweden.

In Finland also few HCT combinations (84 to 100 tons) drive logs from forest to factories and some transport general goods in high traffic routes. Although you need a special permission for these combinations.

Weil das besser ist, auch fur sie! Weniger LKW auf die strasse meint mehr platz fur PKW und weniger umwelt probleme.
