The thing about AR-15s that kinda make them good is that they come in different ammunition. There are 9mm conversions, .22 conversions, then there are 5.56, and there are .300 Blackouts. The reason American Civilians can own one is because it was made for civilian ownership. The AR-15 is a compact M4. An M4 is illegal for civilian ownership because any firearm with a barrel past 15m is illegal. The AR-15 is bellow that size and can reach up to 15m at maximum length (with your own customization.) Ultimately, I’d say this guy just hates those AR-15s or sum.

Bruh, the SCAR and AR have like similar functions with the mag release and the bolt catch. The only difference is the charging handle on the SCAR is on the left side while the AR has it on the back and the SCAR has no forward assist

I don’t know what they’re teaching in US Army Basic anymore, because I’ve seen plenty of people trying to do right handed reloads and not using their bolt release during ranges. This is even after PMI and corrective training telling them to do otherwise.

Hes in a combat stance, with the chambered clear, and the magazines empty, and he has a reason to do it. Trigger discipline only matters when youre around people and things you dont want to put holes in.

As a former Ranger and retired 18C, we were testing the SCAR and hated them... But i get the Humor. My issue, it's bulky and you put your IR, lights. Etc on it. Getting out of vehicles in a hurry or a helo/tight spaces. I also favored a m203 on my weapons in the teams so. That dq'd the SCAR for me. Yeh, we hated them.
