What I love about Canelo, is that he still trains as if he still that broke upcoming fighter. That drive and hunger hasn’t went away. You see a lot of fighters start getting money and fame, and that’s when the drive starts to fade. So its always motivating to see. I’m heading to the gym as I type this lol 👊🏼

Never mind the clickbait title: anyone looking into how to throw hooks with maximum impact needs to watch Canelo. His form is absolutely flawless: rotating from the waist, elbow bent at almost 90°, driving from the lead leg, knuckles turned over and forearm dead perpendicular to the target area. The perfect delivery system. This is how a 5'7" middleweight folds up 6'2" SMWs like it's nothing. He doesn't have more power, he just has the technique to make maximum use of his attributes and deliver every available ounce of power to the target. Beautiful.

Canelo tested positive twice in one month, in a VOLUNTARY test while off camp in 2018. He claims that he was unaware. Ever since then he's regularly being tested. So take it like you want to take it. Gear doesn't give you skills and dedication.

he's top 5 as far as greatest Mexicans ever...he hasn't even had a lot of noteworthy fights with other Mexicans, spends too much time fighting Eastern Europeans with a slower style (relatively). I'd put Salvador Sanchez as #1, JMM as #2, Canelo may be #3 just edging out JCC when it's all over...would have to think about it once Canelo's career is done

Canelo is by far my favorite boxer, after training in Tepito style, I love the subtle nuances that make Mexican boxers in a league of their own. 🇲🇽

@@redskins1120 yes but he's hand selecting a hard fight that can give him serious problems because Bivol is a way harder fight than Charlo or Benavidez the only fight i would consider harder that Bivol is Artur Beterbiev

This is what being blessed with a gift is all about. Iam a fan of boxing period but to see a fighter like canelo is a blessing because he truly loves boxing. He not in it for the money that's what sets him apart from other fighters. He loves boxing with his whole heart and it shows threw hard work and discipline. It's a joy to watch u dont find many fighters that love the sport they love the money. That's why he dont fight just anybody the money is a plus but this dude loves the sport boxing glad to see it.

I've never heard anyone say the King is slow in any way he's not flat footed as well its a power stance where he can get power and move his head without tripping over himself. U don't need to be on your toes when u have an iron chin and head movement like he does

It will be a test for both men, but I'm leaning towards Canelo. He has real fire in the belly. Bivol is tough, cold and calculating as they are in The East, but Canelo has that Mexican fire!
