This was the introduction of a character who continuously got her life ruined even more from being paralyzed cause of chucky to being dismembered by Tiffany. I love Fiona she’s an amazing actor and deserves more opportunities.

Just to clarify, they never said that she called the cops. Chucky just assumed that she did, but the mom only said there is no us. Plus she was tied up with no access to a phone. So Tiffany calling the cops isn't a retcon.

To answer Bridget's question regarding the theatrical/unrated cut differences, the theatrical cut doesn't have the post credit scene with Andy which is weird given it sets up Cult Of Chucky. They do the same thing with Cult which is why the unrated cut for that movie is heavily recommended

Another fun fact: In the scene where Chucky had to do the Damballa chant/Soul!Transfer spell on her, they had to digitally add the stitches later., since Summer Howell was scared of the scarred Chucky doll so the scenes of the two together were superimposed. And, at points during filming, Chucky's face had to be covered with tape because it legitimately scared her.

Dude this movie is awesome I love the character of Nica I think she's the best addition to the franchise right next to Tiffany.

This is the God tier, S level Chucky movie I will love forever. It's honestly leagues above any other film in this franchise imo.

I remember having misgivings about Curse. After Seed, I thought the series was over and didn’t have much hope. I was proven wrong and think this is the best decade of the franchise.

Aside from the weird chucky model, this was easily the best movie since child's play 2. While I like the show the most, this is probably my 2nd favorite of the movies.

How did Chucky's face heal?

The rules always confused me in the later movies. Sometimes they have their human internals and other times they have stuffing for it. In seed they had human insides right away. This one he had stuffing when he was stabbed / when head was knocked off it was just regular doll parts.

What I am still questioning is that couldn’t the kid also been evidence she could’ve helped nikka by telling the judge that Chucky was alive ? If she also knew that Chucky was alive and the cameras what about the cameras that were on Chucky ???

When I binge watch this franchise I always skip seed and cult. Curse is really good. Chucky is funny, terrifying and entertaining. Nica is so amazing. Cody and Bridgette always put a smile on our faces. 😀🔪

Seed of Chucky practically killed the franchise. One of the reasons why there wasn't a Chucky movie for a long time until Curse. Curse was a way to revive the franchise, bring it back to it's horror roots and add a back story of Charles Lee Ray while adding new characters. Instead of doing a remake, they chose this direction. Curse Of Chucky and Cult Of Chucky were only straight to video release and Chucky hasn't been on the big screen since Seed. Maybe after the TV show if it remains a bit and they do more movies, they could end up back in theaters once again. Here's to hoping.

Unpopular opinion, but Curse & Cult are my 2 least favorite Chucky movies (excluding the remake, which in my opinion absolutely sucked). Yes they're scarier, but I loved the comedy and how fun the other 5 were, aside from the first one they really didn't seem that serious. I didn't really like how these 2 changed that. And Bride & Seed are my favorites because they're just so incredibly fun! Still need to see the show though.
