i bought a cuttring to use it on my bmw m20b25 turbo build does it need retorque after the first heat cycle? and if its need retorque should i crack loose the bolt and then retorque it to the final torque or retorque-check with the final torque number without crack loose? ps im using arp2000 head studs

They look to be very reliable & strong head gasket if did needit to replace gasket know what brand to get.
