I bought the Schaaf set because you promoted it so well, but, i bought the 12 piece set because it also came with the diamond sharpening stone and holder for only about $30 more.... cant wait til it gets here so i can follow you on some carving projects. I also made a power strop, wlike the ones in one of your other videos for sharpening.

Thanks for the video Joe. I bought the Schaaf original twelve piece set some time ago and was so impressed with them that I bought the additional seven piece and the fishtail sets to go with them. I have been very pleased with them and the customer service.

I just ordered the 12 piece set of Schaaf chisels. Does it have the same chisels as the set your using to do this carving? I was looking for a quality set of chisels that were affordable. I found your videos and after watching some of your videos I decided to give the Schaaf tools a try. I like your channel, I've already learned a lot. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with everyone.

Great video. Sorry to say that but I think the tools were not sharp. You have normally different tools like pfeil, kirsch or two cherry. Schaaf I think they have to do a little better. Good video I learn something. 👍
