A must have … oh my… By the way… the reason was the Versailles treaty, where the German where only allowed the odd 28 cm, related to the old ship of the line, like SCHLESWIG-HOLSTEIN or SCHLESIEN. From the Washington treaty the rule for max 10,000 to originated. So the Pocket Battleship was just born out of the need to max out what is allowed (their deplacement was much bigger). Subsequently this ship triggered some funny reactions like the DUNKERQUE - class that should keep the DEUTSCHLANDS under control in the case of war.

Has anyone, anywhere, _ever_ picked the #3 ship skill of 10% XP boost? I've never really put much thought into it til now, but now that I think of it, I've never heard of anyone picking it(and neither have I).

What about the Odin ? Look quite similar, but one more turret and focused on secondaires instead of RR 2 ?
