I don’t see the point of buying this ship. I have never once thought that my CC was inaccurate enough to want the PA back. I’ll save my cash and keep my spotter plane.

To be honest, the difference to the tech tree CC is so marginal I struggle to see the point of the black CC. At least if they had given it the Roma treatment with precise aim and rapid reload I could see the point of it.
