Now this Service elevator defiantly got 19 floors but the Main Elevators have 18 floors. What does E stand for anyway?

Here is what’s on the floors of this hotel, starting with the west tower (standing since 2009): C - Concourse, coat check, and Vine Street entry/exit point E - Exhibition hall, loading dock, public restrooms, and Queen Street entry/exit point L - Lobby, Starbucks Coffee, access to parking garage, registration, restaurant, luggage room, main entry/exit point onto Queen Street, public restrooms, kitchen, guest loading zone 2 - Meeting rooms, public restrooms 3 - Ballrooms, boardrooms, business center, and public restrooms 4 - Human Resources and public restrooms 5 - Fitness center, pool, and spa 6-18 - Guest rooms and ice/vending 19 - Guest rooms, ice/vending, and presidential suite Now, the east tower (standing since 2019): 1 - Lobby, Starbucks Coffee, access to parking garage, registration, restaurant, luggage room, main entry/exit point onto Queen Street, public restrooms, kitchen, guest loading zone 1R - restaurant 2-10 - guest rooms and ice/vending 11 - restaurant and bar
