4 lemons
300 ml lemon juice
150 grams of sugar
10 grams of vanilla sugar
40 g cornstarch
cooling down
500 ml cream

I would zest 2 of the lemons and add to the sugar mixing well. Then zest another or both of the remaining and sprinkle on top of the mousse. Looks yummy and I'll try it.

Very nice recipe. Looks delicious. Thank you. But the video is far too long. We do not have to watch every drop of lemon juice being squeezed. It can be cut short. Same with all the other processes.. They too could be shortened.

Рецепт отличный. Уверена, это очень вкусно. Спасибо большое. Но я не понимаю, зачем взбивать венчиком, если есть миксер. Зачем мешать мусс ложкой, а потом взбивать миксером? Это увеличивает время с продуктом.

Some people do not have the time to be waiting for the next phase of the recipe and it does not add anything of importance.

Okay, selbst wenn man sehr schnell ist schafft man das nicht in 5 Minuten aber prinzipiell ist es trotzdem ein schön einfaches Rezept und relativ schnell gemacht. Ich habe eh noch ein paar Zitronen übrig die ich schnellstmöglich verarbeiten sollte, also wird das die Tage noch ausprobiert. Ich freue mich schon darauf. Wird garantiert lecker 😋😋😍 Danke für diese schöne Idee 😘👍

I tried this recipe... it is not a five min recipe but it does turn out well. topped w sweet fruit. I added one T pow sugar to the 'custard' part before combining w the whipped cream. But it definitely takes more than five mins. But worth it.

Maybe she wanted to demonstrate that she is doing it in real time, and that it takes 5 minutes. Which it doesn't. And also later on there is some time skip while making the chantilly (Thankfully!!!!) And even with the skips the video was more than 5 minutes. I wish they stopped with the ridiculous titles.
