Butterfly Drumsticks
Ingredients
• Chicken leg piece 1 kg
• Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
• Paprika powder 1 tsp
• Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
• Oregano 1/2 tsp (if you don’t have basil and rosemary then add 1.5 tsp of oregano)
• Basil 1/2 tsp
• Rosemary 1/2 tsp
• Dried parsley 1/2 tsp (or fresh parsley chopped 1 tsp)
• Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
• Cumin powder 1 tsp
• Oil 2 tbsp
AIRFRYER: Bake in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Now flip the drumsticks and bake for 7-10 minutes until completely done.
OVEN: To bake in the oven, preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping once or twice.
STOVETOP: Steam the leg pieces for 20 minutes or until completely done.
Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
• Potatoes, Peeled and halved
• Oil 1-2 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• Fresh or dried coriander
Instructions
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30-35 minutes or until completely done.
