Schrödinger also can only teleport and regenerate when he is no longer being observed. Look away for a second and he’ll disappear, but keep and eye or a hold on part of his body, and he can’t do anything since he’s still being observed.

Cringe, Hellsing Abridged was trash, DBZ Abridged was too good. If the VAs for Abridged had more talent they could have pulled it off but all I hear are the DBZ Abridged characters.

What's funny about the Schrodingers cat theory is that Schrodinger specifically came up with it to highlight how dumb quantum physics and his own peers were. His peers were, indeed, so dumb that they missed the point of his paradox.

@@skailerderkonigderdiebe5499 Truth be told, I think that is supposed our first reaction (without having hindsight of the things to come) but in the silhouette there are two important hints that this isn't Herr Doktor but in fact (SPOILER!) our favorite traitor (even if we don't know this at this point) Walter C. Dornez. The first has to do with the eyes lighting up. With the exception of the captain, it are the glasses that glow up instead of glasses with six lenses, this mystery figure is wearing a monocle. Like Walter. The second hint is the round head shape. By wearing his hair in a ponytail, Walter has a rather round head shape in most scenes. The Doctor is more rectangular due to his bangs (or whatever you would call them). The final clue that this silhouette isn't the Doctor is the fact that behind Zorin, there are three people meant to be seen as a physical threat. The Captain and Rip Van Winkle are clear threats and so is Walter but the Doctor isn't. Now, I do recognize the idea of how can it be him, in the present day, how did he arrive unnoticed in Germany... It is the point that I wrestled with the most when I discovered it but then remembered that he had a habit of disappearing on crucial moments (like when young Integra was chased by her crazed uncle) and he just have been on a leave "to investigate" a few things. It might have been a further test of loyality from the Major out to test Walter's commitment (and a handy way to deliver the activation mechanism for the bomb inside the Jackal to the Doctor later on). The timeline is foggy at times but I say: this could be done if they wanted to.

Yeah, but I always figured Shrödinger ended up in hell, didn’t he? Trapped in a prison in a never dying immortal vampire who’s mind and personality is strong enough to always be in charge, so Shrödinger is a passenger, along for the ride only for eternity, nothing for himself just alive in order to allow Alucard to use his power, yeah, Shrödinger ended up screwed with zero freedom for all time.

Not sure if that is the case if he can leave he would not do so. As long as he stays Alucard's main powers are sealed and it is the only victory he can get out of all this.

One of my favorite animes. I like its style, presentation and animation. And I love when manga writers adapt classic western stories and inject them with the that, for lack of a better word and no offense if you're Japanese. Zany _(compared to western)_ style of story telling that makes manga and anime so popular. Also the Manga's release date. Nice. Kouta Hirano's Hellsing published May 1997 Bram Stoker's Dracula published May 1897

Unlikely, I think being bonded to Alucards soul counts as having a hold on him, not to mention the millions of eyes that make up Alucard, he is always being watched. Valentine only escaped Alucards awareness cuz he was inside the belly of the hound.

What's also pretty funny that if we take the "prequel" comic that inspired schrodinger doc's stoty (which was made by the anime's creator, Kouta Hirano) is said to be Hitler's son. Kinda funny given how he looks and acts like a femboy. But I guess if he was around the nazi's he'd be given a pass due to being Hitler's son/heir and Aryan if we go by the blonde hair. Again it's funny to think about

I will die on the hill that Alucard should've stayed dead. First of all it's bullshit that he could've killed every soul he'd consumed while in a state of nonexistance. Secondly by having absorbed and mastered Schrodinger's power he essentially made himself unkillable and being killed by a human was his entire goal in unlife. The Major who had refused to become a monster unlike Alucard outsmarted and defeated him, that should've been the end of it.

U forgot that he's/she's actually is a werewolf. They look like cat ears, but Schro's a werewolf. Also, the fact that they always knew everything and nothing, and also that, that in the end, were gonna die, makes sense as to why Schro doesn't care about teammates dieing, and actually enjoys it, seeings they knew they had to die anyway, why not everyone else.

It’s basically because his design incorporates multiple references to the uncertainty Paradox principle the characters is a reference to. Werewolf with cat ears, young looking but more then likely very old and male despite being very feminine etc.. .

Um, what? The manga NEVER talks about Shrodinger being "genetically modified" by Millennium. The only thing that was ever confirmed about Schrodinger is that he's a werewolf, which also isn't confirmed that Millennium came up with. All Millennium has is Mina Harker's bones, which would make Vampires, NOT werewolves. For all we know, werewolves like the Captain and Schrodinger joined Millennium willingly. Schrodinger is a literal Deus Ex Machina. His whole purpose in the story is take out Alucard. Hirano isn't the strongest storyteller (and he'd be the first to tell you that). He just draws what he thinks is cool until he eventually gets bored and abandons the project. He's said this in interviews. Schrodinger isn't really a character, but rather a plot device. Dude, why do you just make things up? You realize that people have read and paid attention to the manga's you talk about and can fact check you, right?
