Notes about the song from the CD booklet, written by Camellia himself (google translated): Is it correct to translate it as "ghost nova"? I don't know. A "nova" is a phenomenon in which one side of a binary star receives gas (which is a component of the star) from the other side, causing an explosion that makes it appear as if a "new star" was born in the universe. If that "new star" continues to explode even after losing its binary system... it's like a ghost. It's a little scary, and while it's cool and exciting, this is a somewhat lonely song.

I mean Camellia can practically make a song of any sub-genre within the entirety of the EDM spectrum and still make it sound like one of the best. He truly is one of the best EDM artist out there and for obvious reasons, he is my most favourite

@@OriAU Schranz isn’t really part of the edm or hardcore spectrum, it’s actually mostly just hard techno, and usually the melody is barely anything without iconic build ups, or crazy drops, it’s literally just Hardtechno with harder kicks. Camellia and a few other artists have created a sort of Schranz subgenre where it’s more melodic at this point.

Unfortunately, only about 2-3 songs of the recent album are easily re-listenable. When Camellia delivers, it's amazing, but not every song is able to establish a decent melody/motif consistently...

Diabarha don't makes Schranz XD Diabarha is a: Speedcore, Splittercore, Extratöne and sometimes other very extrem Genre Artist. That one Track that you mean is more Techno or Oldschool Hardcore btw. BRUH ich kann kein Englisch

It’s funny cause this isn’t Schranz but there is a Schranz drum sample, and if the drum and bass scene has taught me anything, If there’s a sample from a genre the whole song is therefore that genre. Ie, people can’t seem to figure out that DnB and jungle are NOT the same as Breakcore.

It's a hardcore subgenre that has a different type of beat i think i'm not sure.

I listen to a lot of it. Typically 150 to 160 BPM, has heavy beats defined by a lot of distorted high percussion over a hard-hitting kick drum. Older schranz and mainstream schranz are closer to their roots in techno with a lack of melody, buildups/drops or clear basslines. The newer stuff has kept the beat, but usually combines it with elements from hardcore and hardstyle.

This is sadly not Schranz, this is Tech Trance ; v ; a lotta people like to mix it up, but I can see why, they're eerily similar. Schranz has a slightly different percussion bar and rougher kick programming

It's a genre of music that features sounds that are reminiscent of machines, often repetitive and rough sounding. The percussion will sound rough, and the main melody usually stays pretty similar, but evolves over time. There can be more layers of audio over the machine-like beat, that don't sound like machinery, as well. This is probably a bit off but that's the gist of it.

if you really want to -- here some: Jason Little, Frank Kvitta, Marco Remus, Theo Schwarz, O.B.I., Mario Ranieri but Camellia done very musical-ish schranz, its usually more sounds alot more harsh
