Now I know where I went wrong with the stainless steel tubshroom...I was using all the gaskets! I have been using the regular tubscrooms. It's a great invention!

yeah,,, i agree. I clean my shower one out everyday.. eeeewww... but it saves me thousands sin septic tanks cleanings!

Thanks. Just bought the shroom and was looking for installation instructions. Info on package is quite sketchy. But also need a new bath mat and appreciate the suggestion and link to the microfiber one. DIdn't know there was such a thing.

Great!! I'm glad it helped.. let me tell you since I did that video, knock on wood.. I haven't had to treat my cesspool once. Previously.. with owning four newfoundlands that bathed in our downstairs tub, and having four other people constantly showering and shaving, I would have to treat my cesspool every other year at almost $800 a shot. Since I installed those through out the house.. not once have I had an issue. And I know it's working because I clean out every one of those about once to twice a week and literally throw out a baseball size of hair that normally would have been trapped in the cesspool and clogged me up.

Thanks for the demo, now I no longer want to buy it lol. It did not look easy at all to clean. I ll go for a flat Silicone Shower Drain Strainer instead

Thanks.. I've had this on all my drains since one year before this review was made and have not had to have my septic tank treated since then, which is a miracle in itself since i used to get this done once a year! FYI -The flat silicone strainers let through almost 30% more hair than the mushroom. Good luck,,, hope that works out for you!
