ڈاکٹر صاحب اس بیماری زیادہ تر کہا جاتا ریسٹ کریں..... تو کتنی دیر سونا چاہیے...لیٹنا چاہیے... اور کس انداز میں لیٹنا چاہیے..... کیا بالکل سیدھا لیٹنا ہے یا کچھ دیر کے لیے سائیڈ پر لیٹ سکتے ہیں
