taking creatine from 2017 and still taking.. apne experience se bata rha hu.. sabse achha tarika hai lene ka ki aap Gym bottle me isko achhe se shake kar ke koi flaver ad kar le..(maximum 3 to 5 grm) and 1 hour ya 2 hour jitna time aap gym karte pite rahe.. best result aata hai. after 10 days aapko khud ki body me changes dekhne milega..!! Agr aap isko bina gym kiye lene ki soch rhe to iska koi bhi result nhi hoga..!. And mai lagbhag har tarike ke brand ka creatine market se use kar chuka hu.. and market me bahot se fake creatine aate .! koi bhi achha brand le sakte. 100 ya 200 bachane ke liye apne body se experiment na kare.! And creatine ka bhi cycle hota hai.. after every 3 month atlest 10 to 15 Days ka Gap lena chahiye! and us gap ke baad again le 3 month tak.. is tarike se result achha aata hai. Baki jisko jaise lena hai le sakta . maine apna experience share kiya. lekin mehnat bhi zaroori hai.. varna sirf creatine leke body nhi banti..😅
