Philosophically this is a beautiful notion. Mechanistically it requires all parties to recognize the validity of the scientific method and understand its language to even begin the conversation. So few can translate and demystify its language to laymen without either repelling collective confirmation biases (leading to mass disregard of science) or sullying and compromising scientific integrity to profit off of innocent nescience. There is a huge disconnect between what he comprehends as the language of science and what is understood of science outside of academia.

That doesn't discount his point. It just emphasises that the people making diplomatic decisions are grossly unqualified because there's more trivial things propelling them than actual scientific facts. Because had we people who comprehend sceince in those places, his idea is irrefutable.

Scientists are mostly intelligent. The people that need to talk, mostly are not. Therefore, it won't happen. .

the sceince is the language and the language is the sceince they are complete ethothres how can say they two processes of the minds it not cammon the language is the most and the great because of her we know how the minds and brain and how this human thoughting and how this human thoughting it just explain all the cognitives and sceinces of human kind.
