@@cristinacruzat1938 i guess you should make the negative expo to become positive and make it same as the second term, which is 10², so since the rules for scientific notation is when u move the decimal point to the left the expo increases. So in order to make the -2 expo. 2, you need to add it by 4 --- since 4+(-2)=2 --- therefore, 3.44 will become 0.000344×10² this is because we move the decimal point 4 units to the left. now, we can add these 2 terms, 1.26+0.000344 = 1.260344×10² :>>

@@cristinacruzat1938 apply mo lang rule nung sa exponent. kapag same base, copy mo na lang. so as is na yung 10, dahil negative yung isang exponent plus positive exponent you just have to subtract. so 10 na lang siya
