Just finished up the videos after a few days of watching. What a trip. I may have to just stick with my own mini adventures. More control over time and stops. Who knows, maybe I’ll graduate someday and give it a shot lol.

I get enough grief myself and I'm a simple bicyclist. Whether it taking the back streets (the dogs and idiots blowing past stop signs) or me taking part of the bigger street.. then creeps pulling up too close to me for NO reason. And the weather..it sucks the fun outta 2 wheels...but that's my only ride

I love watching your channel, Quasi! I live just Southwest of Houston, and ride my CityCom S300i everyday for work and wind therapy 😊Your Cannonball run videos is what convinced me to do the upcoming one next year. Those long hauls are so scary - how do you manage it on those smaller scooters??

Thanks for watching! I try to stay on the back roads and pick my battles carefully while riding my small bikes and scoots. Texas (and most of the USA) isn't motorcycle-friendly, so it's always a gamble out there. When I finally get outside of the bigger metro areas, traffic tends to calm down, and people drive more friendly. No matter when or where, I always try to keep a sharp eye on my mirrors for the aggressive, oblivious cagers closing in behind me at +25-45 over the posted speed limits. It's just an unfortunate fact of life these days. 😉👍 --QM

Hi Mr. Aaron on my MP3 250 I could do speed limit but common speed for it 65mph plus I do not like driving fast on my Jeep or my Piaggio!

I wonder if you have *raw* footage of your first SCBR with the Cub...since this series is now over(for the QuasiRAW channel) what will you be uploading?

@@QuasiRAW since this is the raw channel,ill pretty much take whatever you have thats unedited and unfiltered. But maybe stick to the videos you made for your trips. The daily commute vlogs might get a little redundant.

👋🏽, How well does that detachable wind deflector work on the hwy? I was thinking about getting one.

That cheap lip spoiler worked surprisingly well for this trip. The mount was a bit fiddly and kept loosing up during the trip, so I don't know if that's a good long-term solution. The adjustable hinge mechanisms also had a bit of slack in them that caused a lot of noise and vibration as well. Overall, I think it was worth $30: amzn.to/3W86WPq . Cheers! 😉👍 --QM

The Scooter Cannonball is an endurance exercise in the absurd... just to see if man and machine can suffer through. We don't win anything other than bragging rights, broken scooters, and sore bunz. However, the adventure is absolutely worth the torture. How else could you see the country in slow motion and meet other like-minded maniacs?! 😉👍 --QM

90 mph is not "breakneck" speeds especially on a bike. My normal cruising speed is 90-100 on my bike. It feels like 50mph so please find another hobby besides motorcycles if youre not comfortable or afraid of the highway and the speeds involved. That is more responsible and saves you and the rest of us from potential harm due to your lack of awareness and skill.

It's illegal and reckless to ride or drive like that on public roads. Good luck arguing your case with the police or to a jury in a vehicular manslaughter case. So, go fu*k your hat and change the channel! 🤣👎
