In Injustice he can survive getting thrown into space, getting hit by meteors, heat vision and omega beams, getting slammed into things at a speed fast enough to travel, and a laser from Brainiac's ship. But these are just in-fight mechanics, Batman and Scorpion don't actually get their bones broken and stuff.

Scorpion can teleport and shot FIRE OUT OF HIS FACE. Batman is a rich ninja in a bat suit. He’s a amazing fighter but scorpion was raised in a clan of elite assassins. Batman was taught by the league of assassins. It’s the difference between a soldier and a cop. One is good at fighting but the other is a trained killer. You can’t really compare them.
