Of representing your country and culture and being friendly and respectful to your hosts.... I guess the best judges of who are the best at that are all those who throw praise or scorn on the fans of each country. Seems Scotland us being praised by all nations for being friendly, fun and respectful.... Bitterness works against us you know...
