Man that's pimpin! I love the design of this house. I saw the thumbnail and thought it was Toll Brothers at first. Nice attention to detail. Great color scheme. The only thing I would add is a pool in the back yard albeit a small one and some kind of covering for that back fence for privacy. Good find sir! Keep'em comin.

Yes, it is gorgeous and they can afford to spare no expense. Practically everything you want that makes it special is "an upgrade". I wouldn't buy it because again, what you see is not what you get. I do really like the size of the back yard though or is it an 'upgrade' too?

Those floors are too busy. Going from ones tile to another to another. Not my thing. And while I do agree it looks cool that those master bath counters don’t go all the way to the wall, it makes it a pain to paint later when you want to change colors. Overall I do like the house and great backyard.

Just something I have a question about , and have never heard you mention before. On some of the range hoods/vents there are lights up front, and lights in the back. Am I correct in saying that the back lights are food warmers? And, would that be an upgraded hood, or standard feature if it's in the model?

The model home is shown with upgrades. The base price for this home is 751k but won't look like the house he is showing (model). To get your home to look like the model will cost you upwards of 1.1M depending on the upgrades you pick i.e. (cabinets, lighting, fixtures, countertops..etc).
