Scott Oliver Hall (born October 20, 1958) is an American semi-retired professional wrestler, best known for his work with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE) under the ring name Razor Ramon and with World Championship Wrestling (WCW) under his real name.
Beginning with his time in the American Wrestling Association (AWA), Hall maintained a perennially high profile as a wrestler, as he became a four time WWF Intercontinental Champion (a record from 1995-1999), a two-time WCW United States Heavyweight Champion, a one-time WCW World Television Champion, and a nine-time world tag team champion (seven times in WCW, once in TNA, and once in the AWA).
In addition, Hall is a two-time world champion, having won the WWC Universal Heavyweight Championship and the USWA Unified World Heavyweight Championship. He is also notable for being a founding member of the New World Order (nWo). On April 5, 2014, Hall (as Razor Ramon) was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

The worst thing Scott could say about Bret was that he took wrestling really seriously...

As a bret fan scotts criticism is lighthearted and legit. Hes not really takin shots at him. Bret def has an ego that worked for and against him.

Sounds like Bret Hart was really in love with himself 😄

Yeah Bret takes pride in his career, so what. Look at what Hall did to humiliate himself with the drunk angle, shunning dying kids, all the kliq b.s. Bret wouldn't join their kliq, and that's where the dissention started.

I've seen a picture of Bret in his house standing by a pool table with posters of himself blanketing the walls, You can't even see the walls they are on all you see is Bret's face.

I've always respected Scott. The man had his demons, but you can tell the guy is legit and honest with what he says.

Scott Hall couldve been on the tip top for over a decade if he played his cards right. He can wrestle, talk, looks like a million dollars, has a mind for the business. But he could never take the business serious like Bret. Always got in his own way.

I think bret was from a different time and was one of the last guys to truly blur his persona with himself.

Go listen to how Scott Hall talked before his Razor gimmick and then how he talked for the rest of his life after the Razor gimmick and tell me who the mark was.

Bret loves Bret as much as Shawn loves Shawn and that's why they couldn't co-exist lol

For everyone that loves listening to Hall and Nash talk about the business, they were taught by Curt Hennig. They always said it was Hennig that opened their eyes to the smart way to see the business. Bret chose to live in the celebrity of his last name which kept him from seeing things in perspective, kept him a “mark” for himself as Hall/Nash always said, but he could really wrestle.

Bret was the perfect superstar. Charismatic, technical and extremely professional.

I think most people just misunderstand Brets "mark" like ways. Wrestling is sacred to him. He sees his accomplishments as a wrestler as honoring his father and family. Most people who got into wrestling didn't grow up in it, and weren't doing it to make their father proud

Scott grew up in the business and worked for multiple promoters. Bret was a babyface who worked for his Dad's regional promotion and for WWE which was a promotional machine. They didn't come up the same way in the business at all. Hall is as big of a mark as Bret. He grew up watching pro wrestling

Hall was still green in 1993 despite the fact that he had been wrestling full time for 8 years.
