They have said they're private people a thousand times, yet people still think its okay to spread rumours and discuss their private lives. @@sun-qk7ig me neither...So, my theory is that they were together but wanted to be moved on from figure skating...maybe there were some major problems or disagreements how to handle their life...maybe scott wanted to retire, tessa wasn t so sure (from all interview I have that impression) scott wanted to get married and kids...but tessa maybe wanted to wait few years a do some bussiness , which scott maybe didnt like...scott probably doesnt like popularity and maybe it was too much for him...and suddenly he met with jackie one time, second time, maybe during this phase with tessa they were arguing a little and maybe he started to think that idea of life with tessa including romantic part wasnt the best idea...If they were together for 3 years , maybe deep emotions and love feeling started to dwindle away and it wasnt so idealistic as it was maybe in first months of relationship? I really dont know...but Scott seems to react impulsivelly...it is not uncommon to fall in love with friend from childhood unseen for years...I dont know , but in my opinion it is Scott s fault, if it is true ...some distraction for him while they are not really sure about their future and Scott maybe is impatient? This interview is done a while ago. Despite when this was posted. They're both not dating anyone and haven't for years due to the demand of training and focusing on the Olympics. Don't judge someone unless you know them personally ( even then it's wrong). They have a right to keep their private life private! Let it go and enjoy the skating. No one comments on how you live your personal life don't comment on their just because they're in the public eye.

But on the other hand they support speculations about their partnership/dating...because comeback video looked like what? their program latch with those lyrics and their statement that they are going to do programs with personal meaning...long time running closing position on many exibition...romantic vibes...those photos on tessa s IG with deffinitely romantic meaning...If they wanted to keep it private, why they did that? Now, it looks like playing with fans feelings because tessa is sure about all those comments given on all those romantic photos...I m really dissapointed...

@@jednoduchyaxel It makes me think that you haven't even watched ice skating at all at least not when comes to ice dance and/or pairs. The romantic aspect is part of it. Regardless of whether they're together or not the soulmate connection is still there. (Often times that comes across as romantic as well) back the day they had Marina Zoueva as their choreographer and coach Marina also was long-time coach of Sergei grinkov and Ekaterina gordeeva before and after they were dating/ married. Their current coaches are also married ice dancers. And that plays part as well. There's no playing with people's feelings here. If it is its because you're too invested in the wrong thing. Knowing them I would personally love to see them together maybe when they will officially retired and things slow down for them. It takes a lot to organized in your life when you've been training focus on one thing. You don't have a lot of time to give anything else your full attention.
