Videos about Groo the Wanderer from Mad Magazine Writer and Cartoonist Sergio Aragonés. Comic Book artist Mark Evanier, Stan Sakai (who makes Usagi Yojimbo comics) and Tom Luth who is the colorist of the comics. Marvel comics used to publish Groo the Wanderer under the Epic Comics brand for artist owned comics. Before that Pacific Comics and Eclipse Comics published Groo the Wanderer. After Marvel Comics, Groo went to Image Comics for a year and for the longest time, Groo is published by Dark Horse Comics. Rufferto is Groo's Dog, Conan the Barbarian and Tarzan of the Apes have had crossover comics with Groo too.

How fun that you've now discovered Captain Carrot and His Amazing Zoo Crew! It's an under-rated gem. I think there were only 20 issues of the original comic, so it's pretty easy to get into, especially since they are the sort of thing you can easily find in the dollar bin.

Thanks Ramiro! I knew of “Wild Animals” But it’s only because @Star_Scrunch sent me a copy that I read it, enjoyed it, and am on the hunt for more books now too! 😀

I'm hoping one day you'll show us Aragones' projects where he takes over other IP (Massacres Marvel, Stomps Star Wars). Now, I'm only saying this because I just acquired Destroys DC and would love to hear your thoughts 😂 Another great vid! Always a pleasure to see GrooTube pop up in my feed.
