Time apart makes the heart grow fonder. It's a real thing, even with work. I play in a band and it's my entire life. I love it more than anything, but there are times when you're grinding playing and you just don't want to be doing that, then you'll have a break for even just like 2 weeks off and you start itchin to get back out there. Burnout is very real, and breaks are healthy, it keeps your fire there.
