This trip nearly broke us! Join me and Mattsy (The Silly Swagman) for an epic 3 day packraft and wild camping adventure down one of Australia's most impressive rivers. Everything about this trip was brutal, but it sure was a stunning place to spend a few days.

The Colo river has in my opinion some of the most spectacular entry and exits of any river system in Australia. This video brings back many memories. You absolutely have to do this while you are still relatively young and agile. Most people have no real understanding of how brutal continuous rock scrambling with a kayak can be.. Thank you both for a most enjoyable adventure

I did the first part of that walk out to the lookout a while back. The re-growth after the fires was incredibly thick back then. Every step was an effort. I can't imagine how exhausted you would have been by the time you eventually got down to the river. What an adventure though! I love that area, it certainly is a rugged landscape and absolutely stunning.
