14 years, before Viz dub for Sailor Moon was a thing. Still Viz has a smoother scale, no censorships, and holds faithful to Sailor Moon.

You'll know which voice is which by how the accent changes from Season 1 to Season 2. Tracey Moore - sounds like Princess Peach (because she voiced her) - Early Season 1. Terri Hawkes - has a British Canadian vocal tone when talks - Season 1 midway - Season 2.

@TinyLittleSpider I wouldn't go THAT far but yes, she does sound ALOT older then she should have, I mean, when you look at her in human form shes what? late 20's to early 30's? And so shes still young so when I picture that voice coming out of human Luna's mouth it just doesn't compute, it seems so wrong.

No it doesn't, do you hear them scream the attacks here? It sounds pretty badass! And you have legendary Terri Hawkes voice as Sailor Moon saying " MooooooN CrysTAL poWAAAAAAAAAH" so it's sounds pretty amazing in this dub. It's just the script that's bad and poorly translated.
