@@epegorcs6258ganzir was the last strong hold, GOC did not surrender, but instead where destroyed. Same story with the CI most likely. The lore to 5000 is so good, I love it.

The GOC never surrendered they fought hard hold out long as possible but they were overwhelmed by the Scp foundation and scps then it went all quiet after the battle

Imo the fall of Ganzir was bad writing and only happened because the author thinks the foundation should be unbeatable but wrote themselves into a corner where it seemed like the foundation was gonna loose so they had to pull some bs so their favorite faction doesn't loose

I@urgal1988 its in my opinion one of its strongest moments. SCP 5000 is essentially in short. The scp foundation finding....somthing when studying the human Thoughtspehere. This essentially leads to them turning against humanity and changing their primary derective to the extension of the human race. Now the chaos insurgency has always believed that, they, humanity should use anomalies for the better. No ethics for the anomalies, there is 1 humanity. When scp 5000 breaks out, they are proven right in the fact that anomalies shouldnt trump over humanity . They always believed the same things, but of the old foundation, the one for humanity. In general, its not really the SCP foundation slogan. Its more the SCP slogan

In the Vanguard timeline, while no one has explored it in a tale yet, it wasn’t just the Serpent’s Hand that got an ideological victory there. It was also the CI, if you headcanon them with the values seen in SCP-CN-2000 or SCP-8399 (I think…title on the latter is “INSURGENCE”).

YES. You really should read the new SCP, titled “Insurgence.” A CI leader from this universe speaks, in part of it, and oh man it put chills down my spine because they absolutely WERE fighting for humanity in that world

the S.C.P foundation is an internet based unfiction writing project of sorts, started near the beginning of the 2010's i believe with S.C.P-173, its about an organisation which contains anomalous entity's, objects and things that fall under never category, and keep the world in a state of perceived normalcy, if you have watched "the men in black" trilogy and show or played remedy entertainments "control" it should ring familiar. if they are a member of the site (and they are approved by moderation) one can upload tales, (short story's), groups of interest in the S.C.P world, S.C.P-001 proposals (after someone created an awful 001 the slot was locked, so people agreed to get around it by making proposals, which are usually bigger than the average S.C.P, and are usually self contained to their own worlds), and of course S.C.P's to make writing easier it has no canon so people don't have to deal with consistency in what S.C.P's are canon to any given, well, anything. now S.C.P-5000 (called "why") is about the heads of the S.C.P foundation finding something in the collective unconscious who's purpose made them decide to use their resources (which includes nuke's and all of the S.C.P's in their containment) to wipe out humanity, now this may not be accurate as i'm only working on descriptions given by I.G.P in his video playing the game S.C.P 5k formally known as S.C.P pandemic which is based of S.C.P-5000, but it's the gist of it to my knowledge.
